By accessing or using Rep Pact, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Who may use Rep Pact
You must be at least 13 years old to create or manage an account. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use Rep Pact only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for activity conducted through accounts they control.
Your account
You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting sign-in codes and access to your email, and activity performed through your account. Do not share authentication codes with another person.
Pacts and acceptable use
You may use Rep Pact for lawful personal fitness accountability. You may not misuse invitation links, impersonate another person, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data, send spam, or use Rep Pact to harass, threaten, or harm anyone.
Exercise and health disclaimer
Rep Pact is an activity-recording and accountability tool, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, personal training, or an emergency service. Exercise involves risk. Choose goals appropriate for your health and ability, use proper technique, stop if you experience pain or concerning symptoms, and consult a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to exercise.
Your content
You retain ownership of information you submit. You give Rep Pact permission to store, process, and display that information as needed to operate the service, including showing pact progress to the partner connected to that pact.
Service availability
Rep Pact may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We work to keep the service reliable, but it is provided on an “as available” basis and uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
Termination
Access may be restricted or terminated when reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent abuse, comply with law, or enforce these terms. You may stop using Rep Pact at any time and request account deletion through the contact page.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rep Pact and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for injuries, losses, or disputes arising from exercise decisions, partner conduct, unauthorized account access, or interruption of the service.
Changes
These terms may be updated as Rep Pact changes. Continued use after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised terms.
