How it works

Shared goals without complicated rules.

A Rep Pact belongs to two people. You agree on the goal together, contribute however you can, and use the shared total to keep each other moving.

01

Create your pact

Choose a daily push-up goal and give your pact a name. The goal repeats every day until you and your partner decide to change it.

02

Invite one partner

Share your private invitation link. The invite code is carried inside the link, so your partner only needs to sign in and choose a display name.

03

Log reps as you go

Each set adds to the shared daily total. There is no required 50/50 split: both people can contribute based on the day they are having.

04

Grow beyond push-ups

Add squats, sit-ups, burpees, or jumping jacks. Your partner approves new exercises and goal changes before they become part of the pact.

05

Build a wider circle

You can keep separate pacts with different people. When you log an exercise, those reps count toward every active pact that includes that exercise.

Common questions

Do we have to split the goal evenly?

No. A shared goal is intentionally flexible. One partner can do more when the other needs help.

Can the goal change from day to day?

The current goal repeats daily until a proposed change is accepted by both partners.

What happens when we exceed the goal?

Extra reps still count in your daily total and history.

Can I have more than one partner?

Yes. Each pact remains a private two-person agreement, but you can create separate pacts with multiple people.
